The reason for this is that\u00a0level of protection<\/strong> of a product (regardless of the type of factor) decreases as a result of contact with water, sweating or wiping with a towel.
In order to get the most out of the properties of a sunscreen product and achieve its full sun protection factor, it is\u00a0\u0430dvisable to use a larger amount of it on the skin.<\/strong>
On average for\u00a01 sq. cm. skin<\/strong>\u00a0need\u00a02 mg. sunscreen product\u00a0<\/strong>his means that in order to ensure complete protection, we must\u00a0use 30 ml.<\/strong>\u00a0for the whole body. For the face, the recommended amount of sunscreen is about a third of a teaspoon to\u00a0achieve maximum protection.<\/strong>
The use of a smaller amount respectively\u00a0means lower sun protection.<\/strong>\u00a0In fact, most people don't use that much, but when it comes to baby skin,\u00a0it is not recommended to to save on quantity.<\/strong>
How\u00a0effective a sunscreen factor\u00a0<\/strong>will be, depends on various factors such as skin type, period of sun exposure, location, time of day.
Recommended for daily use are\u00a0sunscreen products with factor SPF 15 or 20.\u00a0<\/strong>If you live in the south, it is recommended\u00a0to use at least SPF 30 for fair skin.\u00a0<\/strong>For people who suffer from sun allergies, an even higher sun protection factor is recommended.
Some types of cosmetics have a content of vitamin A and fruit acids, which\u00a0make the skin more sensitive to sunlight.<\/strong>.
